He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Conaway of Madison, Indiana, Brenda Joyce Kelly of Hanover and Kimberly Fields (Dock) of Seymour, Indiana; his aunt Jean Ritchey of Madison; his nieces, Amy Augustin of Marysville and Ginger Hernandez of Hanover; his nephew Jason Lock (Kaytlin) of Columbus; his great-nephews, Matthew Hernandez of Hanover, Jaxson Lock of Columbus and Rescare; and also Junior Spaulding of New Albany.
