Banta of Louisville, KY, Alexia R. Banta of Indianapolis, IN and Sydnie R. Banta of Madison, IN; her brother C. Wade Schaum of Madison, IN; her father-in-law Kenton "Casey" Banta of Vevay, IN; and her siblings-in-law, Dawn Banta of Moorefield, IN and Robert Banta of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
