It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Kay Poindexter of Madison, Indiana, who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Sarah McNeal Poindexter and Charles Kessler Poindexter, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Miachel Hancock-Eccles (Bill) of Madison, Indiana; her grandson Kessler Hancock; her stepgrandchildren, Billy Eccles and Kylie Eccles; and her siblings, Brenda Mumphrey of Madison, Sondra Gray of Terre Haute, Indiana and Charles Poindexter, Jr. (Judy) of Riverview, Florida. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
