She is survived by: her former husband Paul Goldsberry, Jr.; her husband Douglas Keith Perry of Madison, Indiana; her daughters, Patricia A. Goldsberry of Madison and Tammy Stewart of Madison, Indiana; her grandchildren, Sarah, Keith, Christian, Cameron (Kyla), Hanna, Paige (Michael) and Reagan; her great grandchildren, Alexas (Karl), Avery (Haleigh), Ava, Naveah, Kamdyn, Roman, Icelynn and Remedy; her great great grandchild Zaxton; and her brother Paul O'Neal of Hanover. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
