She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Lee Spicer; her daughter Samantha Adams (Chad) of Madison, Indiana; her granddaughters, Macy Lee Adams and Bella Elizabeth Adams; her sister Judy Deaton of North Vernon, Indiana; and her nieces and nephews, Mike Deaton, Kelsey Deaton, Dustin Deaton and Pam Deaton.
