It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Jane Edwards of Madison, Indiana, who passed away on September 27, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Carolyn Jane Edwards Lemmon; her brother Paul Edwards; her brother-in-law Grover Copeland; and her niece Emily Dawn Carter. She is survived by: her boyfriend Juan Mendoza of Madison, Indiana; her children, Jessica Garay (Jose) of Midland, Monica Maria Mendoza (Shaun Gosser) of Smithfield, Kentucky and John Edwards (Brook) of North Vernon, Indiana; her grandchildren, Caroline, Sislee, Bubba, Xzavior, Alyssa, Bailey, Aiden, Brentley and Zoe; her great grandchildren, Ana, Melody, Malachi and Grace; and her siblings, Wanda Copeland of Madison, Jacqueline Copeland of Madison, Indiana and Cecil Allen Carter, Jr. of Madison, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins.
