Hemingway of Madison, Indiana; his children, Hali Rose Hawkins of Tawas Bay, Kinzy Hawkins of Tawas Bay, Michigan, Michael Hawkins (Kinzy) of Tawas Bay, Michigan and Tyler Wayne Hawkins (Peggy Sue Hemingway); his grandparents, Jeanie Green of Madison, Indiana and Donnie Green of Madison, Indiana; his siblings, Sara Hawkins of Madison, Indiana, Michael "Casey" Green of Madison and Scottie Hawkins, Jr. (Karen) of West Union, Ohio; his nieces and nephews, Brayden Green, Brandshy Hankins, Tien Hawkins and Raistlin Hawkins; and his aunts and uncles, Ronnie, Faith Green of Madison, Gary, Dana Green of Milton, Ruth and Bob Douglas of Madison, Indiana.
