He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy A. Geyman, Sr. and Lucille Devore Geyman; and his brother Leroy Geyman. He is survived by: his wife Patty L. Geyman of Madison; his sons, Jeremy Geyman of Shelbyville, IN and Jake Geyman (Shila) of Madison; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Geyman of Vevay, IN, Leila of Madison, Mia of Madison, Madilyn Geyman of Madison, Aylah Bates (Brendon) of Markland, KY, Sydni Green (Tylor) of Carrollton, KY and Daniel; and his siblings, Rebecca Aldridge of Greenwood, IN, Beverly Steward (Alan) of Phoenix, AZ, Mary Kathryn Randall of Phoenix, AZ, Michael Geyman (Rosalie), James Geyman (Linda) and Rhonda Smith (Donald) of Madison.
