She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Wells and Lillian Wells (James); her daughter Della Rose Herche; and her sisters, Carolyn Rayburn and Janie Downham Burkhalter.
She is survived by: her children, David Shawn Grant (Christina Phillips) of Lexington, Cory Grant of Madison and Tia Davidson (Jerry Gabor) of North Vernon; and her grandchildren, Alvalee Ritchie (Rachel) of Columbus, Levi Ritchie (Sami McIntosh) of North Vernon, Carson Davidson of North Vernon, Drew Davidson of North Vernon, Cameron Davidson of North Vernon, Kesha Grant of Fort Lauderdale and Shauna Elbisser of Burlington, Kentucky. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home (420 S State St, North Vernon, IN 47265). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at the Vernon Cemetery (315 S Pike St, Vernon, IN 47282).
Memorial donations in honor of Rosalita may be made through the funeral home to the American Cancer Society or to the Commiskey Baptist Church.
