He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia Welch Young and Ira George Young; his brother Herschel G. Young; his wife Norma Jean; his siblings, Donald Young, Mary Kathleen Ice, Elizabeth Ann Poole and Leah Joy Skinner; his brother-in-law William; and his niece Mary Ann Slattery.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Pam Severson, Mike Young, Steve Skinner, Larry Skinner, Richard Ice, Linda Bipes, Billie Jean Lee and Marcia Rogers.
