He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernadine Matilda Feider Kelley and Arthur Louis Kelley; his siblings, William "Fred" Kelley, Larry Arthur Kelley, Bonita Elaine Kelley and Denise Kelley Chatham-Smith; his nephew Christopher Scott Kelley; his niece Diana Lynn Kelley; and his parents-in-law, Leonard Dunn and Marcelena Dunn.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Lynn Dunn Kelley of Madison, Indiana; his brothers, Gary Kelley (Vicki) of Hanover, Bernard Kelley (Susan) of Madison and Brian Kelley (Angie) of Madison, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Kelley of Edgewood, Kentucky and Rusty Smith of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
