He was predeceased by: his parents, Gayle Clubb and Laura M. Chadwell Clubb; his brothers, Robert Dean Clubb and Dennis Wayne Clubb; and his grandparents, Newton, Rhelda Clubb, Cecil and Mary Chadwell.
He is survived by: his children, Nathen Clubb (Stevani) of Madison, Shawne Clubb of Madison, Indiana and Anna Clubb of Jeffersonville, Indiana; his sisters, Debbie Clubb Ford (Dean) of Dupont and Donna G. Clubb Martin; and his brother-in-law William Schoettmer of Westport, Indiana. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
