He was predeceased by: his father Cecil, Jr. Bruce; his wife Jill Faith Drake Bruce; his grandparents, Charles Van Wye, Wanda Van Wye, Cecil Bruce, Sr. and Dorothy Bruce; and his uncle Chuck Van Wye.
He is survived by: his mother Deborah Van Wye Bruce of Carrollton, Kentucky; his daughters, Kierston Bruce Keller (Brad) of Hanover and Natasha Rooks; his grandchildren, Maverick Russell Keller and Jonathon Lamb; his stepgrandchild Carter William Keller; his sister Cecily Perry (Corey) of Madison, Indiana; his niece Caytlyn Waters (Phillip) of Madison, Indiana; and his aunts and uncles, Elizabeth Anne Moore (Timothy Rector) of Madison, Terri Schafer (Tom) of Madison, Joseph Van Wye (Bonita) of Madison, Dani Moore (Mark) of Madison, Kathleen Bruce of Hanover and Robert Bruce (JoAnna) of Texas.
