With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Edward Gotts of Madison, Indiana, who passed away on January 5, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Durand R. Gotts and Rose E. Banninger Gotts; his sister Rose Marie Riffe (Gotts); his wife Marjorie Gotts (Bryan); and his daughter Linda Wood (Gotts).
He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Clayton (Tim) of Commiskey, Indiana, Thomas Gotts (Sandy) of Arlington, Washington, Susan Sizemore (Russell Linville) of Madison, Indiana and David Gotts (Melissa) of North Vernon, Indiana; his grandchildren, Derrick, Joshua, Shane, Tim Jr., Neil, Rosie, Alec, Jordan, Roger and Kayla; his great grandchildren, Joshua, Kyle, Jon, Autumn, Lennon, Jerry, Maggie, Alder, Eleanor, Sienna, Carter, Emma, Oaklee and Bo; and his brothers, Richard Gotts (Mary Lou) of Elk Rapids, Michigan, Tom Gotts (Inez) of Elk Rapids, Michigan and John Gotts (Johanna) of Lewiston, Idaho. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
