He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Bornstein and Florence Bornstein; his spouse Fronia Bornstein; and his brothers, Thomas Bornstein, Paul Bornstein and John Bornstein.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Bornstein (Alyssa) of Henryville, Holly Bornstein (Jeremy) of Swedesboro and Angela Elles (Kendall) of Madison, Indiana; his grandchildren, Maggie Elles and Skyler Elles; his pet Baxter; and also Mary Grubbs (Brad) of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
