He is survived by: his granddaughter Tyra; his children, Samantha Humphrey (Mike) of Madison, Melody Ann Gross Carr (George) of Ohio, Paula Steelman (Jimmy) of Carrollton, Christy Gaylord (Charles) of Madison, Mary Emma Dilaawaiz (Dilaawaiz Abbas) of Madison, Martha Pennington of South Carolina, Paul Everett Gross II (Tonya) of Madison, Thomas Gross of Madison and Peter Gross (Ruth Long) of Lexington, Indiana; his grandson Christopher Gross (Sarah) of Vevay, Indiana; and his son Steven Gross (Alba) of Carrollton, Kentucky. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
