He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Savage (DeWayne) of Georgetown and Carol Rene'O'Neal of Madison, Indiana; his granddaughters, Tara Gray and Lori Ralston (Darren); his great grandchildren, Raven Lee, Dakota Shuler, Zebuliah O'Neal, Haley Paige O'Neal, Breck Ralston and Segar Ralston; his great great grandchild Izzy Mae; his close friend Joyce Ann Riley Webster of Madison, Indiana; his siblings, Joy McDole of Madison, Janet Brawner (Paul Joe) of Hanover, Indiana, James Ed O'Neal (Jo) of Morristown and Gary O'Neal (Sue) of Madison, Indiana; and his sister-in-law Reva Burkhardt of Milton, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
