It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy Ann Spivey of Madison, Indiana, who passed away on December 5, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Smitley and Wanda Smitley (Davis); her brothers, Melvin Smitley, Kenneth Wayne Smitley and David Smitley; and her aunt Anita Davis.
She is survived by: her daughter Louise Everhart (Shawn) of Hanover; her siblings, Donna Smitley of Madison, James Smitley of Lexington and Billy Smitley of Hanover; her sister-in-law Joan Poe (Paul) of Bedford, Kentucky; and her grandchild Hunter Tristan Louis Everhart. She is also survived by her two step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Hunter Everhart College Fund. Contributions may be made at Lytle Welty Funeral Home, the church, or below.
