She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter J. Skirvin and Gratia Kemper Skirvin; her husband Harold Lee Howard; her granddaughter Chanda; and her siblings, Evelyn Ann Ballard, Geneva Spenneberg, Ruby Dean Bramblett and Bobby Gene Skirvin.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Leisa; her children, Gregory L. Howard (Marlene Henson) of Pawnee, Illinois and Leisa Howard of Madison, Indiana; her grandchildren, Patrick, Marissa and Miranda; her great grandchildren, Danny, Zane, Zoey, Aiden, Paige, Cortez, Jayden and Davina; her siblings, L. J. Skirvin of Sparta, Kentucky, Betty Harrison of Owenton, Judy Hearne of Owenton and Brenda Martin (Jerry) of Sparta, Kentucky; and her sister-in-law Betty Lou Skirvin of Warsaw, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
