He is survived by: his girlfriend Jessica Gray of Kent, Indiana; his children, Nickolas Kevin Stewart (Kayla Michelle Stewart) of Milton, Kentucky and Samantha Gray of Kent, Indiana; his grandchildren, Ruby Saylor Stewart and Jack Bodhi Stewart of Milton, Kentucky; his father Michael Gregory Stewart, Sr. (Julie Kuner Stewart) of Milton, Kentucky; his sister Michelle Stewart White (Brian Fortney) of Bedford, Kentucky; his nieces, Ashley Danielle White of Louisville and Brittany Michelle Sparkman (Michael Sparkman) of Milton, Kentucky; his great-nephew Silas Reid Sparkman of Milton, Kentucky; his aunt Judy Luckett (Gary) of Milton, Kentucky; his cousins, Gary Lee Luckett of Milton and Gretchen Perry of Madison, Indiana; and his friend Kevin Herald of Florida.
