He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel R. Nay and Pearl Wilson Nay; and his siblings, Marjorie Anne Nay, Alan V. Nay and Stanley R. Nay.
He is survived by: his wife Gayle Wood Nay of Madison, Indiana; his sisters, Neva Chun (Merton) of Sierra Vista and Lavaughn Eads-Miller (David) of Franklin, Indiana; and his brother-in-law Walt Henley of Greensfork, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
