It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Philip Forrester of Madison, Indiana, who passed away on April 21, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Dick" Forrester and Betty Lou Forrester (Schrader); his brothers, John Scott Forrester and David Richard Forrester; and his brother-in-law Gregory Wayne McKinley.
He is survived by: his wife Andrea "Andy" Forrester of Madison; his children, Andrew Forrester (Kendra) of Indianapolis and Meghan Welty (Brye) of Hanover, Indiana; his grandchildren, Graham Welty, Kenton Forrester and Quinn Welty; his brother Mark Forrester (Connie) of Columbia City, Indiana; his parents-in-law, James "Jim" and Vonne McKinley of Columbia City; and his sister-in-law Marsha Vermilion (Ron) of Marion, Indiana.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to North Madison Christian Church or the Life Choices Clinic Endowment at the Community Foundation of Madison and Jefferson County. Contributions may be made at the Lytle Welty Funeral Home or below.
