She is survived by: her husband Kevin Lee McCubbin; her children, Taylor McCubbin Hatfield (Kelson) of Newburgh and Nicholas McCubbin of Louisville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Anderson and Marci Hatfield; her siblings, Michael Lush (Diana) of Louisville, Kentucky, Kevin Lush (Linda) of Louisville, Kentucky, Chris Lush of Louisville, Kentucky, David Lush (Lori) of Frankfort and Joy Cox of Louisville, Kentucky; her father-in-law William "Bill" McCubbin of Madison, Indiana; her sisters-in-law, Connie McCubbin Goodman (Dick) of Hanover, Indiana, Anne McCubbin Gernert (Rick) of Nashville, Tennessee and Nancy McCubbin Starr (Lenny) of Atlanta, Georgia; and her nieces and nephews, Gregory Lush (Maryam), Karyn Wright (Jimmi), Barrett Cox (Rachel), Brittany Cox, Ryan Lush, McKenna Lush, Julianne Lush, David Goodman, Hillary Drake, Leigh Dill, Anna Carr, Jack Starr and Logan Starr.
