Martha Helen Winkel Torline Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2022, at the age of 83, Martha Helen Winkel Torline of Madison, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Nicholas Winkel and Elizabeth Marie Wolfschlag Winkel; and her siblings, Theodore Andrew "Ted" Winkel, Catherine Frances "Cathy" Winkel, Rose Mary "Rosie" Winkel and Mary Margaret Winkel.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Torline of Madison; her sons, Joseph Torline (Cheryl) of Scottsburg, Brian Torline (Debbie) of Berwick, James Torline (Teresa) of North Vernon, William Torline (Priscilla) of Madison and Robert Torline (Kelly) of Rockmart, Georgia; her grandchildren, Amber Ochalek (Andrew), Allison Torline, Vanessa Torline, Melanie Torline, Eric Torline, Tyler Hernandez (Marta), Patrick Hernandez (Leo), Erin Horine (Clinton), Major Evan Torline, MD (Sara), Sarah Basmadji (David), Nicholas Torline (Mackenzie), Alexander Torline (Brittany), Spencer Torline, Jonathan Torline, Justin Torline, Jordan Torline (Elizabeth) and Robert Braden Torline; her great grandchildren, Avalon Ochalek, Leo Horine, Isaac Horine, Rafael Torline, Mia Torline, Adalyn Torline, Harley Torline, Arwen Torline, Kairi Torline, Avery Torline, Ava Grace Torline, Charlie Mae Torline, Sawyer Torline and Samuel Torline; and her brother Joseph Winkel of Dacula, Georgia. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Charles and Martha Torline Scholarship Fund for a graduating senior at Shawe Memorial High School.
