He is survived by: his son Marlon Lewis, Jr. of Louisville, Kentucky; his siblings, LeeDora Blanton of Elkhart, Arunita Thomas of Mishawaka, Indiana and Foster Thomas, Jr. of Mishawaka, Indiana; his aunts, Loyce Johnson of Fort Wayne and Shirley McFarland; and his nieces and nephews, Julena Blanton, Deja Thomas and Darreon Thomas.
