She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Lawrence Effinger of Madison, Indiana; her daughters, Victoria "Vicki" Effinger Stuckwisch (John) of Columbus and Diane Effinger Steveley (Tom) of Madison, Indiana; her siblings, Jerry Hill (Linda) of Columbus, Al Hill (Betty) of Columbus, Indiana, Wilma Ramseyer (Gerald) of Titusville and Betty Henderson (Eric) of Westport, Indiana; her grandchildren, Heather Hess (Erik), Devon Effinger (Mariah Turk), John Nicholas Stuckwisch (Melissa) and Connor Reed Steveley; and her great grandchild Alex.
