He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee Fox and Thelma Randolph Fox Kingan; and his siblings, Lloyd Fox, David Fox, Eddie Fox and Thelma Fox Short Wilson.
He is survived by: his close friend Susanne Buchanan; his son Leonard Allen Fox (Lora) of Bloomington, Indiana; his stepgrandchildren, Ollie and Evie Headdy; his significant other Susanne "Susie" Taylor Buchanan of Madison; and his siblings, Richard Fox (Ruth Ann) of Madison, Leon Fox (Mary Ann) of Madison, Indiana, Mary Frances Grove (Bob) of Van Wert and Hazel Cunningham of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
