He is survived by: his grandson Dwayne; his wife Mary Etta Hearne Steward of Madison, Indiana; his children, Robin R. Steward Geyman (Daniel) of Madison, Indiana and Dwayne Steward (Julie) of Lancaster, Indiana; his grandchildren, Erin Chandler (Tim), Danny Wilkinson, Meagan Robbins, Lindsey Gearlds and Dustin Gearlds; his great grandchildren, Cooper of Hudson, T. J., Kaylen, Jules, Sylvia, Maleah, Abram and Adam; his sisters, Bonnie Proffet of Seymour and Betty Abbott (Kenny) of Catawba; his sister-in-law Brenda Barger of Commiskey, Indiana; and his close friends, Liz Gatewood, Kyla Scott and Kaycee Burchanan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
