With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Dean Cushman of Madison, Indiana, who passed away on April 5, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Cushman and Marie C. Moore Cushman. He is survived by: his sister Carolyn Roth (Jim) of West Lafayette, Indiana; his cousin Perry Cushman; and his uncle Larry Cushman.
