She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Paul Moore; and her nephew Samuel Brian Simpson. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Fay Couch Moore of Lillington; her husband David Edward Stephens, Sr. of Madison, Indiana; her sons, Nathaniel Paul Moore of Madison and David Stephens, Jr. of Lillington; her granddaughter Natalie Star Moore; and her siblings, Kimberly Moore of Clarksville, Karen Moore (Allen Wedhorn) of Lillington and Kyle Moore of Hanover, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
