Bushong, Sr. of Madison, Indiana; her sons, Matthew Scott Bushong of North Vernon and Anthony "Tony" G. Bushong, Jr. of Madison, Indiana; her brother Scott Fruge (Stacey) of Hawesville, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Amari and Montgomery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the National Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.
