She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Marie Martin Cardinal and Lawrence "Bud" Cardinal; her sister Mae Louise Creech; her parents-in-law, Elbert Junior Basham and Mary Kathleen Norris Basham; her aunt Delores Basham Wright; her brothers-in-law, Gerald Bear, Orville Creech and Alan Dale Basham; her nephew Jim Creech; her uncle Jim Brison; and her friend Karen Weaver.
She is survived by: her niece Debbie Bear; her husband John Wayne Basham of Madison, Indiana; her children, Teresa A. Basham of Madison, Indiana and Brian W. Basham (Denise) of Madison, Indiana; her grandchildren, Abbi Joy Jester (Ricky), Tabitha Ann Basham, Christina Michele Basham, Devon Wayne Basham and John Wayne Basham II (Emily); her great grandchildren, Emma Joy, Levi Jaxson, Ariana, Aaron and Artemis; and her siblings, Carolyn Sue Birge (Kenny) of Dupont, Indiana and Paul Edward Cardinal (Jeanie) of Haubstadt, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
