He is survived by: his son Joe; his wife Leeodda "Lee" Hearn Knoebel of Madison, Indiana; his sons, John Michael Knoebel (Jill) of New Albany and Joseph D. Knoebel (Jacki) of Madison, Indiana; his grandchildren, Lauren Knoebel, Allison Knoebel, Delaney Knoebel and Jonathan Knoebel; and his sister-in-law Patti Jo Hearn of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
