He is survived by: his wife Sara Schrock (Miller) of Elida, Ohio; his children, Curtis (Barbara) of Traverse City, Michigan and Juanita Hartman (Daniel) of Traverse City; his grandchildren, Brandon, Tanya, Keith, Miranda, Anson, Lucinda, Angela, Alesha, Valerie, Natalie, Jaden, Jolinda, Shawna, Tyler and Shelby; his great grandchild Nico; his sisters, Susie Ellen Schrock of Arcola, Illinois, Emma Mae Plank of Tuscola, Illinois and LeAnna Herschberger (Samuel) of Topeka, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Lyle Miller (Ada) of Nappanee, Indiana, Katie Bontrager (Glen) of Bremen, Indiana, Ina Slabaugh (Dale) of Nappanee, Indiana and Maria Bacher (Vernon) of Seneca.
