He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul G. Edwards and Emma Berth Edwards (Morgasson); his daughters, Holly White and Carolyn Simpson; his wife Dorothy Elizabeth Edwards (Massie); and his sisters, Linda Chatham, Evelyn Harmon and Carolyn Lemmon.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Scott (Allen) of Madison and Mary Bennett (Jerry) of Madison; his siblings, Sally Kidd of Madison, George Edwards (Rita) of Madison, David Edwards (Margaret) of Madison and Jack Edwards of Madison; and his son-in-law Josh White. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
