She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Willett and Sara Willett (Webb); her siblings, Jean Audrey Taylor, Kenny Allen Willett and Harlin Lee Willett; and her great grandchild Victoria Nicole Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Ortiz of Madison and Jennifer Cox of Freeburg, Illinois; her sister Delores Greenwell of Fort Pierce, Florida; her grandchildren, Jessica Perkinson, Rebecca Lynn McMahon and Alexis May McMahon; and her great grandchildren, Mikey, Adelynn and Jonathon.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society. Contributions may be made at the Lytle Welty Funeral Home.
