He was predeceased by: his brother Terry Tingle; and his grandparents, Dee, Helen Tingle, Sylvan and Esther Boyd.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Lou Boyd Tingle; his sons, Benjamin "Benji" Paul Tingle of Milton and Anthony "Dillon" Tingle (Rachel Nickell) of Madison, Indiana; his granddaughter Emily Tingle; his father John Gilbert Tingle; his brother John Tingle, Jr. (Carol) of Madison, Indiana; and his half-brothers, Zane Tingle of Madison and Zack Tingle of Madison. He is also survived by his cousins and nephews.
