He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Ruth Hayes Owen of Madison, Indiana; his wife Nancy Rene Smith Owen of Madison, Indiana; his children, Christopher Owen (Gennifer) of Commiskey, Indiana and Amy Owen of Greensburg, Indiana; his grandchildren, Carson, Jaxson and Kinley; his siblings, Dawn Marie Owen Houze (Rob) of Lexington, Indiana and Robert Neil Owen (Bev) of Madison, Indiana; his aunts and uncles, Frank Hayes, Gerald Hayes, Melvin Randall (Debbie), Ralph Shelley, Wanda Jackson and Nancy Simmons; and his sister-in-law Linda Gross of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
