She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Boyer and Martha Boyer; her sister Carrol Anne Boyer Philips; her former husband Byron Chamberlin; and her husband James Kleyla.
She is survived by: her children, Trent Chamberlin (Kris Pryor) and Traci Chamberlin Hackleman (Joel Hackleman); and her grandchildren, Alexa Chamberlin, Maci Tetrick, Max Tetrick, MaryClaire Tetrick, Brady Tibbets (Sierra Tibbets) and Breanna Pryor Vaughn (Trace Vaughn).
