She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Caudill and Ettie Caudill Caudill; and her siblings, Burnett Caudill, Harold Caudill, Bert Charles Caudill, Bruce Caudill, Earl Caudill, Haskell Caudill, Beatrice Caudill and Elaine Caudill.

She is survived by: her siblings, Imogene Caudill York of Madison, Adeline Hampton of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Carl "Dickie" Caudill (Testa) of Batesville, Indiana; her sisters-in-law, Margaret Ann Caudill of Jeremiah, Janet Caudill of Jeremiah, Geraldine Caudill of Jeremiah, Kentucky and Ila Clous; and her grandchildren, Lisa Adams and Dr. Wade Baker. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Norton King's Daughters' Hospital Hospice.
