He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Ann Bentley Barr and Howard V. Barr, III. He is survived by: his children, Jessica A. Barr (Daniel McGuire) of Madison, Indiana, Adam J. Barr (Holly) of Camp Verde and Jeremy L. Barr (April) of Madison, Indiana; his siblings, Risk Barr (Rusti) of Petersburg, Indiana and Becky Brashear (Brian) of Sunman, Indiana; his close friend Mary McClure of Madison, Indiana; and also, Margo Rossignol of Hanover, Mary Dissanayake (Don) of Madison and Marc Rossignol of North Vernon, Indiana. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
