He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lindsey Parker and Jennie Irene Miller Parker; his grandparents, Walter Sutherland and Carrie Elizabeth Lunsford Miller; and his siblings, William D. "Bill" Parker and Bonnie Louise Parker Visty.
He is survived by: his fiancé Lee Ann Eisert of Madison, Indiana; his stepchildren, Taylor Eisert (Kelsey) of Dupont, Indiana and Paige Eisert (Evan Green) of Madison, Indiana; his stepgrandchildren, Henry Eisert, Jayce Jones and Brooklyn Eisert; his siblings, Joyce Parker of San Diego, California, Tommy Parker (Carey) of Lexington and Ed Parker (Vicky) of Danville, Kentucky; his mother-in-law JoAnne See of Greendale, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, John See (Beth) of Rising Sun, Indiana and Joni Rucker (O. J.) of Osgood, Indiana. He is also survived by one nephew, several nieces, and others relatives.
