Long (Arnold) of Madison, Indiana and Murray T. Donovan of Cincinnati, Ohio; his nieces and nephews, Audrey, Brett, Nick, Megg and Aaron; and his close friends, Rodney Smith, Danny Scott, Donnie Gray, Chris Russell, John Boldery and Dick Scroggins. He is also survived by his step brother and four step sisters.
