Scroggins Robbins; his brother-in-law Charles Allen Robbins; his sister Beverly Ann Scroggins Jacobs; his sibling-in-law Loren Jacobs, Jr.; his son-in-law Carey L. Shipley; and his grandparents, John Ellsworth, Edna C. James Brinson, Grover Cleveland and Mamie Ellen Brandon Scroggins.

He is survived by: his wife Marianne Ellsberry Scroggins of Madison, Indiana; his daughters, Christina Shipley (Benjamin Hendrix) of Newburgh and Jeri Skirvin (Michael) of Alabama; his stepchildren, Marvin Sean Porter (Deborah) of Carmel, Indiana and Maria Parrish (James) of Broad Ripple, Indiana; his grandchildren, Shila Ledger (Kaylem Daugherty), Conner Lee Shipley and Bradly Chase Wolf (Racheal Marie Chatham); his great grandchild Henry Daugherty; his stepgrandchildren, Mayson Skirvin, Conner Porter and Brooke Porter; and his siblings, Loren "Skip" Scroggins (Hilary) of Madison, Indiana and Daffney Rowlett (Josh) of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
