He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Kessler and Martha Kessler (Fansler); his children, Janet Kessler and Ernie Kessler; and his siblings, Ray Kessler and Julia Ann Hentrup.
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Mae "Daisy" Britt Kessler of Madison, Indiana; his daughters, Jennifer Mack (Doug) of Jefferson County and Jody Horning (Mike) of Greenwood, Indiana; his granddaughters, Rebecca Bracho (Eddie) of Westfield and Sophie Horning of Greenwood, Indiana; his great grandchild Bennett Bracho of Westfield, Indiana; and his siblings, William "Billy" Kessler (Jeanette) and Nancy Lee (Ralph) of Greensburg, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre (325 Demaree Dr, Madison, IN 47250). A masonic service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
