He is survived by: his wife Brenda Dahlem of Madison, Indiana; his stepsons, Ron W. Hughes of Milton and Rick Hughes (Renee) of Bedford, Kentucky; his stepgrandchildren, Haley Hughes Smith, Craig Hughes and Jennifer Hughes Heilman; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Caden Heilman, Jadelyn Heilman, Maci Jayne Hughes, Rae Lynn Smith and Charlee Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Duane and Linda Miller.
