He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Harper of Madison; his daughter Angie Hertz (David) of Madison; his brothers, John Guarino (Terri) of Madison and Andy Guarino (Vaneta Becker) of Evansville, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Katie Hertz and Jacob Hertz.
