She is survived by: her husband Phillip "Phil" Bornstein; her children, Phillip Bornstein of Henryville, Indiana and Holly Bornstein (Jeremy) of Swedesboro; her stepdaughter Angela Ellis of Madison, Indiana; her siblings, Russell Combs Jr. (Barbara) of Henryville, Ronnie Combs (Joanna) of Scottsburg, Larry Combs (Patti) of Austin, James Combs (Tina) of Henryville, Indiana, Frances Lowe of Scottsburg, Indiana and Laura Lou Bowling (Chris) of Scottsburg, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Skylar and Maggie Ellis.
