He was predeceased by: his parents, Eliza Sarah Meadows Williams and Isaiah Jerry Williams; his siblings, James Buford "Boo" Williams, Raymond, D. Williams, Russell Williams, Rachel Williams Sage Dicus and Ola Juanita Williams Brooks; his children, Vicki Jean Williams Bruner, Brady Lee Williams and Valerie Lynn Johnson; his son-in-law John Johnson; and the mother of his children Esther Ruth "Tootsie" Baylor Williams.
He is survived by: his son Patrick D. Williams of Hanover, Indiana; his grandchildren, Keri JoAnn (Travis), Kelly (Darby), Derek (Charity), Vicky (Louis), Jeanine (Tim), Josh (Jan) and Oliver (Reagan); his great grandchild Brady (Amber); and his sisters, Phyllis Price (Richard) of Pennsylvania and Joann Goodin (Howard) of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by his 26 great-grandchildren; his one great great grandchild.
