He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferman and Mary Caldwell (Johnson); and his wife Nancy A. Caldwell of Paducah. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Caldwell (Nancy) of Madison and David Caldwell (Rena) of Madison; and his grandchildren, Megan Caldwell, Katrena Gobert, Makazley and Logan Caldwell.
